Feature Request

Hi.
I was just wondering if it would be possible to add a little program
to the leafnode distribution, that only posts the messages in the
spool, without downloading the waiting new, because sometimes I just
want to quickly post an article, but I only want to fetch the news
later.
Then again, such a program may be total nonsense... :)
