[leafnode-list] Why Do I keep getting these?

I just switched over to leafnode 1.9.2 from leafnode+ 2.6. The only thing
changed for cron was changing fetchnews to fetch-news every three hours
because I have a dedicated connection.

May 29 15:00:01 the fetch[12533]: unable to open lockfile: 2 No such file or directory

Here is my cron entry for news:

# Leafnode CronJobs
0 2 * * 7 /usr/local/sbin/texpire
00 */3 * * * /usr/local/sbin/fetch-news
