I suppose you want to kill on Content-Type Headers. That is, kill
everything that has

Content-Type: text/html

or

Content-Type: multipart/alternative

in its headers. You cannot kill on body content. (If multipart/alternative
stuff - i.e. the postings which contain the text both in ASCII and HTML -
go on your nerves, I recommend using a newsreader like tin which 
automatically kills the HTML part, at least in the version that I use.)
