[leafnode-list] error: nntp/tpc Looping...

Hi, 
	I receive this errore when a Netscape user uses the "Go Offline" option
in his newsreacer (netscape):
 
	Jun 25 14:42:36 hornet inetd[120]: nntp/tcp server failing (looping),
service terminated  


What it means?

I tried to restart inetd while the user was acting but after a while the
error re-occourred

so i killed and restarted inetd some other times.. untile the user
finisced his job...

how can I stop this error?

Note: I've a slow machine a P 133 with 64meg... just for testing at this
mopmemnt

but I think performance are not the key for the error-..
