[leafnode-list] [ANNOUNCE] leafnode-1.9.3 beta4

Mark Brown discovered a condition in fetchnews which could lead to
a segfault (curiously enough, this did not happen on my machine).
Therefore, 1.9.3 beta4 is hereby released, available from
	ftp://wpxx02.toxi.uni-wuerzburg.de/pub/leafnode-1.9.3b4.tar.gz
Please test it :-)

Known bugs which are not fixed yet:

1) problems with capitalized newsgroups

2) sensitive to news spool overflows (groupinfo file will probably be
   truncated)
