Several people think that it is imperative to get a stable version out,
with less emphasis on new features. Therefore I am trying to develop
a stable 1.9.3, with almost every change being released as beta so
that people can try it and tell me whether it runs on their machines
properly. (I cannot find all the bugs myself ...)

As soon as 1.9.3 is released, I will commence with working on 1.10
(or whatever the number of the new version will be :-).
