It's an egcs port to Win32 systems which has a POSIX compatibility library which I understand allows a great many Unix apps to build out of the box. If not it would at least give you a head start. There is also a mgwin32 (or somesuch) compiler, which allows native win32 applications to be written. One problem would be the need to provide a tcpd equivalent - the server doesn't really do much networking by itself.
