[leafnode-list] Shifting news servers

My company's just changed its ISP from Demon to TELE2. As a result, the news
server's changed, too.

Now, from what I gather, the thing to do when changing news feeds is to roll
back the database a couple of days and do another database sync. The rollback
prevents missing articles due to propagation delays.

Is this the right thing to do with Leafnode? If so, how do I do it?

I'm using Leafnode 1.9.3 with the reports patch and it's *really good*.
