Fetchnews will retrieve and post.  The P command is if you only want to run
a Post job without retrieving any new articles.

Invoke 'fetchnews' with the '-P' command line argument to 'P'ost your
articles.  I run it as 'fetchnews -Pv' out of cron fairly often.
