I wrote this patch, first to translate the message into German, second to
tell the useres of the news server about some details like fetch intervall,
newsmaster email address and information/contact address of our company.
Sure you can modify the placeholder in the sources, but i think it is
annoying to recompile leafnode for each change. So a custom placeholder is
more comfortable and offers more flexibility.
For those who don't wan't to use it, leave it.
