any server. Anyway, it appears that this is not a mistake of leafnode,
because the number of 65809 bytes is already returned by the upstream
server:

It seems to be a problem on the part of your ISP. If you want to have
a particular new newsgroup, you will have to run "fetch -f" every
now and again because the INN of your ISP is apparently misconfigured
when it says "503 Cannot open newsgroup date file.".
