[leafnode-list] leafnode keeps hanging ?

hello all,

I am running a redhat 5.2 box with kernel 2.0.36 and leafnode 1.9.4.
And user news got the following crontab :

0 4 * * * /usr/local/sbin/texpire >/dev/null 2>&1
15 */1 * * * /usr/local/sbin/fetchnews >/dev/null 2>&1


For a while it runt very well but since i am not near the server anymore, 
it seems that the fetchmail keepshanging on something.
i hace to kill the process manually and then it works good again.
We use the leafnode for only 1-2 users and i don't speak them every day, so 
whenever i log in it can be that the fetchmail hangs for a few days and the 
users didn't get any new news :)

Maybee some have a tip to solve this ?

These happen every time fetchmail is invoked.
