[leafnode-list] [ANNOUNCE] Leafnode-1.9.9

Matthias Flohr informed me that Leafnode-1.9.8 does not compile
properly on systems with no libpcre installed. I therefore had to
release leafnode-1.9.9. If you hate downloading another 267 kBytes,
have a look at the leafnode homepage instead; the patch for 1.9.8
resides at
	http://wpxx02.toxi.uni-wuerzburg.de/~krasel/ln198.199.patch.gz
and is only 334 bytes long. The homepage also describes how to apply
the patch.
