[leafnode-list] Skript starting Fetchnews once per Day

Hello,

I'm looking for a solution to run fetchnews only if 24h has been past
since the last run.
I don't like to set up a cron job, because my computer isn't up at the
same time every day.
The skript should be started while processing the ip-up script.

Does someone has any advice?
