However, it turns out that some servers have posting enabled but are
often broken in the following manner: they happily accept posts and
then often lose them so that they are never seen.  This is happening
rather frequently on one of the servers I use for downloading.  That's
the reason that one of the options that I suggested specifies a
per-server `nopost' flag for the configuration file.
