Leafnode used to use the word supplemental for any server that was listed
besides the main server.  This has been changed in Leafnode-1.9.11.  Now
they are all listed as server.

No, you cannot run more than 1 instance of fetchnews.  A lockfile is created
so nothing writes to the active file and corrupts it.  I believe there is a
lot of working being done in regards to the speed of fetchnews in the
upcoming 2.0 version.
