[leafnode-list] man page install

Request:

When man pages are installed, please use install -m 644 instead of cp.

I always unpack and build software as a regular user with umask 077.  So
when make install cp's the man pages, they get installed 077 root.root,
which makes it difficult to read them as a regular user.
