[leafnode-list] [ANNOUNCE] leafnode-1.9.15

Leafnode-1.9.15 contains fixes for the two bugs that have recently
been discussed on this list:

a) fetchnews now uses LIST instead of LIST ACTIVE since there are some
   servers which don't understand the latter

b) getaline() contains a patch by Matthias Andree which should stop
   endless memory allocation in case of received NUL bytes.

People who have not encountered any of these problems with their providers
don't need to update.

As usual, leafnode-1.9.15 is available from
	http://www.leafnode.org/download.html
and will probably mirrored on the sites listed there throughout the
coming night. I also uploaded it to metalab.unc.edu.

Thanks to all who sent bug reports or patches or who contributed to the
discussions.
