[leafnode-list] [ANNOUNCE] leafnode-1.9.18

Carl D. Cravens has found a bug in fetchnews that IMO warrants a new
1.9.x version of leafnode. 1.9.18 fixes this bug (too many open files
could occur during posting) and includes a few more marginal
improvements. Here is the full ChangeLog:

History of 1.9.18 -- changes since 1.9.17:

fetchnews.c:
- postarticles(): under certain circumstances, files were not closed.
  Bug found by Carl D. Cravens <raven@xxxxxxxxxxx>.
- nntpactive(): if "LIST NEWSGROUPS news.group.name" does not work for the
  first group, it is not attempted for other groups. Suggested by
  Carlos Robinson <cerobinson@xxxxxxxxxxx>.

makerpm.sh:
- patch by Karsten Merker <merker@xxxxxxxxxxxx> to accommodate new names of
  tarballs changed in 1.9.17.

Miscellaneous:
- renamed CHANGES to ChangeLog.

leafnode-1.9.18 is available from the usual place, i.e.
	ftp://wpxx02.toxi.uni-wuerzburg.de/pub/leafnode-1.9.18.tar.gz
