[leafnode-list] Suggestion: Announcements only list

Would there be any interest in a low-traffic announcements only list
for leafnode? I'm interested in tracking announcements, but not the
back and forth of bug-reports and design discussion. Maybe its just
me, but if there are others in a similar position, perhaps this would
be helpful? (cf fetchmail-friends and fetchmail-announce)
