..and it only works if your libc actually has the getline function for
a configure.in bug. (used AC_TRY_COMPILE instead of AC_TRY_LINK)

Symptom: linker cannot find "getline" in miscutil.o

Cure: choose either one: easy: Get leafnode 1.9.17ma3a instead. Same
place, fixed bug, no PCRE included.

with installed autoconf: look for getline in configure.in and change
AC_TRY_COMPILE to AC_TRY_LINK, then do autoconf, ./configure (with
options) and make.
