[leafnode-list] Who created groupinfo?

/var/log/messages shows:

Jan 24 16:20:46 arendi leafnode[965]: can't stat
/var/spool/news/leaf.node/group
info: No such file or directory

Its right, doesn't exist.  I ran "fetchnews -f" and it was created but does
not contain the local groups I have specified in /etc/leafnode/local.groups.
How are they added?  I got it working (sortof) by copying
/etc/leafnode/local.groups, inserting " 0 0 0 " between the name and
description (tag).  One unfortunate thing is that the "Leafnode placeholder
for group ..." messages stay in the reader after clicking them.

One thing I did differently this time is delete /var/spool/news/local.groups
first.  I wonder...
