I'm compiling xinetd 2.1.8.8p3 with LIBWRAP support, and using this
service entry:

service nntp
{
        socket_type     = stream
        protocol        = tcp
        wait            = no
        user            = news
        server          = /usr/local/sbin/leafnode
}
