I have no idea what "Secure Password Authentication" is, so the
answer is probably "no".

The more information I can get about the mechanism, the more likely
it is that it will be built into a future version of leafnode.

The only "enhanced" version of authentication that I know of so far
is SASL (RFC 2222). Leafnode does not support the necessary
AUTHINFO SASL command.
