That function is not a big deal and alternatives are floating around all
over the place, so:

I change my getline and getaline functions that are part of
leafnode-1.9.17ma3 and their derivatives in leafnode 2.0 beta, to be
subject to the

  GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE   (GNU LGPL) 2.1

conditions.

This removes the infiltration clauses that leafnode might suffer from.
