Though not being the maintainer, I'd like to junk that makerpm.sh
script, leafnode can have a leafnode.spec in an arbitrary directory so
the downloader can just do

        rpm -tb leafnode-whateverversion.tar.gz

and have a binary RPM ready to install, eliminating the need for any
special treatment. (leafnode.spec is currently automatically generated
by configure from leafnode.spec.in)

If the patch is really small, send it to the list, or you can send it do
Cornelius if it's a patch to the official version; send it to me if the
version you're patching carries _ma or -ma in its version name, it's
also nice if you keep your patches available via FTP and name the URL.
