[leafnode-list] Reader Cancel Copies Instead

I'm using Outlook Express (OE) newsreader.  If I select a message 3rd level down from top which I have posted, the OE Message menu
has an enabled "Cancel Message" item.  After clicking it, the message is not deleted, but rather, about two minutes later a new
message from me is posted at the 2nd level down from top; it has same subject as the message I attempted to cancel but the body is
empty.  I noticed messages about Leafnode moderation; I guess this cancelation feature isn't supported?

OE help on Cancel Message:
	To cancel a posted message
	In the Folders list, select the newsgroup where you posted the message, and then select your message.

	On the Message menu, click Cancel Message.
	Notes
	You can only cancel messages that you posted.

	After you cancel a message, it may take some time for it to be removed from your server and other servers on the Internet.
Canceling a message does not remove it from another user's computer if the user downloaded the message before it was canceled.
