Unfortunately I cannot track down this guy's email address. I got
the bounce only once, however, and no repeats (therefore I assume
that he has cleaned up his mailbox in the meantime).

I unsubscribed the other guy. (That's what I usually do if I get
bounces resulting from dead accounts or misconfigured mailers. If
somebody just exceeded his quota, I'll leave him in for a few days
because almost always the problem is fixed after a day.)
