I fixed another brown-paperbag bug (non-segfault this time).

leafnode 2.0b8_ma8rc4 is available from
http://mandree.home.pages.de/

As there have been no downloads for rc2 and rc3, these have been
withdrawn along with the rc2->rc3 patches. rc1 has also been withdrawn.
