[leafnode-list] unable to read configuration file

Hi

I have a problem with leafnode 1.9.19

When i try to connect to leafnode with telnet (telnet localhost nntp) i get
a 503 Uanble to read configuration file.

The fetchnews line in the crontab also reports this error, but when i run
fetchnews in a shell (fetchnews -vvv), everything works fine.
