OK, "all articles already there" is still what we're talking about. If
that happens with multiple upstream servers in /etc/leafnode/config for
all but the first server, it's still the normal course of operation.

If it happens for the first server in your /etc/leafnode/config after
the previous fetchnews run has completed without errors, it's a bug, in
that case, I'd appreciate a full debug log of a fetchnews run that shows
this problem, with the "offending" lines marked somehow; preferably, run
fetchnews without debug mode and after that has completed, run it again
with full debugging, that helps keeping the size down.
