Yes, this is due to leafnode not adding a To: header when it
mails to the moderator.
I see no easy way to make a clean fix. If you're running sendmail
changing line 53 in mailto.c to
execl(mta, mta, "-oi", "-O NoRecipientAction=add-to", address, 0);
should fix the problem for now.
