I decided to release another candidate because rc1 doesn't get overview
updates quite right when filtering, and applyfilter can cause the high
article number of a group to be lowered, which we don't want.
Leafnode 1.9.21.rc2 is immediately available as bzip2-compressed tar
archive (478 kB, including PCRE) or as a patch against leafnode
1.9.20.rel (14 kB) or against leafnode 1.9.21.rc1 (4 kB) from
