See that is the problem now.  When I was running pre3.3 and tried to use
Agent to send a message where Agent created the message-ID, it was rejected.
I turned off auto message-ID creation in Agent and then it worked.  You guys
supplied me with the patch to see the message-ID in the logs, so at that
time I decided to upgrade to the newest snapshot version.  When I upgraded
and used the patch for the extra logging, Agent worked both ways, creating
the message-ID and not creating the message-ID.  So, I am not sure if
something changed from pre3.3 to the snapshot, or I was doing something
wrong with pre3.3.

If you would like, I can go back to pre3.3, patch it so I can see the
message-ID, and try to send a message from Agent, where Agent does not
create the message-ID.
