The problem is still persisiting, and it is the same problem, I am pinging the 
newsserver and the pings are coming back, with 0% loss but still no 
connecting, but the odd time i get a connection.

What should I be complaining about. What would they do to fix the problem? (So 
I can know what they should be doing about it)
