Very belated I know since 1.9.30 is next in line, but OOI with 1.9.24 I've 
had two problems where *every* group in groupinfo has had its high/low 
water marks set to 1 1. Annoyingly the logs don't say anything out of the 
ordinary, and I can't pin down the exact time it happened, although it may 
coincide with the upstream server disconnecting. The next time fetchnews 
runs, it downloads with new article numbers starting from 3 (not 1, 
oddly). This is a pain to subsequently clear up :-|.

Since it's happened twice, it isn't a glitch. I think it only happens when 
the server running leafnode is under load though.

I'll look at this closer soon, and maybe come up with some assert-y patch 
to avoid it ever writing back a groupinfo file that fails some simple 
sanity checks. But I was wondering if anyone else had had this?
