Not at the moment or not for the near future. If xinetd is a security or
bug-vs.-stability concern for you, then you can also use tcpserver
<URL:http://cr.yp.to/ucspi-tcp.html> and maybe daemontools
<URL:http://cr.yp.to/daemontools.html> instead of xinetd.
