[leafnode-list] How to archive groups

Is there a recommended way to archive news groups with leafnode? Of
course I could use a cron job and compare spool directories every time,
but this solution doesn's seem to be very effective. Unfortunately, I
don't see anything similar to INN's "archive" capability in leafnode. Is
there another way to arhive some specific groups like FAQs, sources etc?
