[leafnode-list] Upgrading leafnode from 1.9.27 to 2.0.0.alpha20021108b and keeping old spool dir?

Hi
	I first of all copied my news spool dir to /var/spool/news.old. I
then compiled leafnode version 2.0.0.alpha20021108b and tested it with a new
spool dir and it works fine. I have then deleted the /var/spool/news
directory and moved my backup news spool dir back again. I then ran:

	fetchnews -vvvvvvvvvvvv

It then printed "fetchnews mode: get articles; get headers; get bodies; post
articles" Since then there has been a lot of disk activity but nothing else
has been printed to the console. Could somebody tell me what it could be
doing? And how long it is likely to take? Is it supposed to do this? It has
been doing this for about an hour. My /var/spool/news dir is about 2gb in
size.
