[leafnode-list] Have There Been Changes in leafnode ?

Hi,
I installed 1.9.32.rel, and since then, have noticed a few problems with
one or two cron jobs which previously did no more than copy posts into the
outgoing spool.

They still do so, but the files just sit in /var/spool/news/out.going, and
refuse to be posted.  

Is there some new requirement that a post come from a bona fide newsreader,
and plaintext files (which _do_ have correct headers) can't be posted ?
The cronjobs haven't been changed, nor have the files.  Yet they just sit
there in /var/spool/news/out.going.  :-(
