Well, I wanted to set it system wide since I will not have control over which
MUA (pine, mutt, etc) is used. 

Can a delivery agent MDA such a procmail be used on outgoing mail. I see
custom headers all the time. I would not think it should be that difficult,
but I have not been able to find where to put it.
