Instead of going through the hassle with the patch, you can also build
and install leafnode 1.9.41.devel1 (download location
http://mandree.home.pages.de/leafnode/), set "delaybody_in_situ=1" and
try that. It's the same function than the patch only you can switch it
off without recompiling :-)
