[leafnode-list] Error in run fetchnews

When i 'run fetchnews', I get the following response:-
starting leafnode tcpserver with tcpserver-native access control
tcpserver: fatal: unable to bind: address already used

Can anyone tell me why I am getting this message, and how I can stop 
this error?
