[leafnode-list] leafnode-2 fetchable again

Hi,

due to misconfiguration on my part, the leafnode files on
http://mandree.home.pages.de/leafnode/ and .../leafnode/beta/ have been
served with bogus HTTP headers and potentially with additional gzip
compression (without a .gz being added). This may lead to problems when
unpacking files from that URL downloaded between Wednesday July 16th and
Monday July 21st 12:00 UTC.

This has been fixed, the headers should be OK now, and I don't currently
observe gratuitious gzip compression.

If problems persist, and if you've downloaded your file after Monday,
July 21st, 12:00 UTC, then report the file that you downloaded, your
browser with full version and operating system with major version. If
you're using a HTTP proxy and happen to know the software, please report
it along with the other information.

If you downloaded the file before the deadline, try re-downloading
first.

Alternatively, if you have a slow link and want to avoid re-downloading,
try to feed your file through gunzip and see if you can decompress it
afterwards:

gunzip -c <leafnode-VERSION.tar.bz2 >try.tar.bz2
bunzip2 -c try.tar.bz2 | tar -tf -

or something.
