Interim status report: the article lacks the Message-ID, which is
visible when "newsq" is used, it prints "Message-ID: (null)".

Leafnode 1.9.44.rc2 and the release version should move such files to
the failed.postings directory now. (leafnode adds such a header when
receiving postings unless the client provides one.)
