leafnode 1.9.45.rel has been released.

Leafnode 1.9.45 fixes a fetchnews bug present in all earlier leafnode
versions. Fetchnews will consider a newsgroup name that starts with a
dot the end of the newsgroup list, go out of synch with the server,
which make it unable to retrieve news and print confusing error
messages.
All users of older leafnode-1.9 series versions should update.
Credits to Jan Knutar for finding the bug.
NEW: A binary RPM for Linux with glibc 2.2 and i486/80486 or compatible
processors is provided.

Not all sites carry all files, the .tar.bz2 is available everywhere,

### BUGFIXES
o A fetchnews out-of-synch conditions was fixed, reported by Jan Knutar:
fetchnews cannot handle bogus group names that start with a dot.
o Fetchnews ignores newsgroups that have NULL components (start or end in a
dot or have ..), since such newsgroups cannot be handled by leafnode. Such
newsgroups do not exist on well-maintained servers or in well-administered
hierarchies. Reported by Jan Knutar.
