[leafnode-list] fetchnews creates duplicate messages

Hi,

after marking 3 article-bodies in slrn for download i got this:

But after running fetchnews with -n ...

The bodies exist in messages No. 49, 50, 51 only. The 2nd problem is
that fetchnews leaves the files in interesting.groups/ untouched ...

... and fetches these articles again in the next run(s).

leafnode         1.10.4.rel-1

someone reported something similar, but I think not texpire is the
problem but fetchnews is.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with my leafnode here, please?
