Right. I'll fix this for leafnode-1.11.1 and the leafnode-2
alphas. Thanks for the reminder.

I have taken the chance to update a bit of the leafnode-1 README files,
too, where the mailing list information (for instance) was obsolete.

I might as well have deleted the README files, as no-one has ever
complained about the bogus list addresses there. :-)

leafnode-1.11.1.rc1 in a few minutes.
