OK, you have found a fetchnews bug. It reacts properly, by saying QUIT
(or trying so) and skipping the server, but it forgets to tell the user
about that. T-Online servers send this banner:

502 Kein Zugriff / You are not authorized to use this server.

I'm fixing this so the next version will print a message that the peer
didn't want to talk to us.
