Sorry, I edited /etc/leafnode/local.groups, of course. Since I'm using
xinetd, I did not have to restart any server. (I was not connected to
leafnode, so possibly I'd have to reconnect.)

The logfile said clearly:
| Apr 24 21:14:44 [leafnode] LOCAL POST <... MID ...> no.dirs.needed
out.going/ still is empty.
I do not know, if any of my newsservers have the norwegian hierarchy.
But I do know, that leafnode only tries to post articles in groups, that
are carried by a newsserver. I doubt, that this group exists in the wide
world, even if no.* is known to my leafnode. Since this group does not
exist, there is no way for leafnode pushing my article anywhere.
